We recently completed a state-of-the-art tunnel equipment installation in Detroit, featuring our premium Wolco chemicals system for maximum efficiency. The client required a complete end-to-end setup capable of handling over 100 cars per hour during peak times.
Our expert team deployed heavy-duty high-pressure pumps, custom arch configurations, and automated chemical dosing systems. By integrating Lustra and Wolco premium chemical lines, the wash now delivers a mirror-like finish with optimized water usage, saving the client up to 20% in utility costs compared to traditional legacy systems.
Key Challenges & Solutions
The main challenge was retrofitting the existing narrow bay. Our engineering team designed custom overhead mounts to maximize the space without sacrificing the throughput velocity of the wash tunnel.
