Elijah Green

Elijah Green

Service Technician

Elijah has a diverse technical background and a hands-on approach to problem solving. His experience spans construction, automotive repair, collision restoration, and agriculture, providing him with a broad skill set that translates well to servicing car wash equipment.

He holds certifications in automotive collision repair, automotive mechanics, forklift operation, aerial lift operation, veterinary technology, and PDQ car wash systems, with additional training and certifications continually expanding his expertise.  Before joining Woltco, he serviced Tommy's tunnel washes.

Elijah specializes in troubleshooting complex electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and equipment issues to keep customer wash sites operating at peak performance. Whether diagnosing system failures, tracking down leaks, configuring equipment, or resolving unexpected operational challenges, he is committed to delivering practical, long-term solutions and exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, Elijah enjoys restoring vehicles, tattooing, drawing, growing plants, and tackling hands-on projects. His curiosity, versatility, and commitment to continuous learning make him a valued member of the Woltco team.

Matt Gelderloos

Matt Gelderloos

Service Technician

Matt is a Service Technician at Woltco with nearly 20 years of experience in electrical systems, industrial maintenance, predictive diagnostics, and troubleshooting. His broad technical expertise allows him to quickly identify and resolve complex issues, helping customers minimize downtime and keep their equipment operating reliably.

Matt works on a wide range of equipment and systems, including electrical and mechanical components, plumbing, chemical delivery systems, and wash equipment. Known for his strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on approach, he is committed to delivering practical, long-term solutions that keep customer operations running efficiently.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, golfing, and finding opportunities to relax and recharge.

Lyman Eadie

Lyman Eadie

Service Manager

Lyman Eadie is the Service Manager at Woltco and is currently in his eighth year with the company. He is the only PDQ-certified technician in the State of Michigan and has built a reputation for his expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and identifying the root cause of issues before unnecessary parts replacements or costly repairs are recommended.

Known for his analytical approach and strong technical skillset, Lyman specializes in efficient, forward-thinking solutions that help keep customer equipment operating reliably while minimizing downtime and expense. His aptitude for technology and systems integration allows him to approach service challenges with both practicality and innovation.

Lyman is also a Veteran of the United States Army, bringing discipline, dedication, and professionalism to his role each day. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his three daughters.

Adam Vogel

Adam Vogel

General Manager

Adam Vogel is the General Manager at Woltco, where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the business while helping guide the company's growth and future direction. Since joining Woltco, Adam has played a key role in strengthening internal processes, implementing new systems and technology, supporting financial and administrative operations, and helping build the foundation for the company's continued success. His focus is on creating structure, improving efficiency, and ensuring both employees and customers have a positive experience.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and process-oriented mindset, Adam works closely with every area of the business, including service, projects, administration, sales, and customer support. Prior to joining Woltco, he spent several years in organizational development, recruiting and training where he led hiring initiatives, employee development programs, and process improvement projects. His diverse background allows him to bring both operational and people-focused perspectives to the business. 

Outside of work, Adam enjoys golfing, grilling out, watching football, making memories with his daughter, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Randy Pitsch

Randy Pitsch

Project Manager

Randy Pitsch is the Project Manager at Woltco and is currently in his fourth year with the company. Randy specializes in overseeing projects from start to finish — from identifying parts or equipment that need to be replaced, to preparing quotes, coordinating incoming materials, and managing installation through completion. His attention to detail and hands-on approach help ensure projects move smoothly and efficiently, allowing customers to feel confident throughout the process.

Randy is known for his responsiveness, strong organizational and planning skills, and his commitment to making sure every job gets done the right way. He genuinely cares about providing excellent service to Woltco’s customers, and that dedication is reflected in the relationships he builds and the support he provides throughout each project.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys home improvement projects, road trips, and fishing.
